Acknowledgements

I'd like to take this moment to remember Sonia Ali Khan, who worked on AstPP and did some of the reports as well as the cdr_shell and (i think) the native asterisk apps.

Sadly, reports are that the AstPP community lost Sonia in the first half of 2008, as she and her husband died in a highway motor car accident. Thoughts go out for her two surviving children as well.

We'll miss you Sonia, and pray for you.
