freeswitch and astpp, how to make it run on windows platform

all the paths for astpp and freeswitch integration are all linux based, can any1 post if they r able to run it on windows platform. im using freeswitch on win2k3 64bit with IIS as well as plesk panel and secondly i have indigoperl package installed which is a package that combines apache, php, perl etc.

Astpp/Freeswitch and Windows a Real nightmare need serious Help
I am fighting installing astpp on windows and the least i can say is that it is not easy.
I have been able to install the FS on windows -> That was easy
I have been able to install XAMPP which includes a perl module -> That was easy
And Now I have spent the last 2 days browsing forums to try to understand how to map the Linux config to Windows (make file is useless) and to configure aastpp with FS.
Could someone who succeed help me?
By the way I am willing to test windows version.
