Freeswitch Support Update

Just a quick update on our FreeSwitch support..... There were issues with routing calls to SIP peers that required passwords. This has been resolved. The following features are working:
- LCR
- SIP User handling in database
- Rating
That leaves the following features:
- Calling Cards

I have a good start at it but I'm going to have to spend some more time on it. I'd say over the next couple of weeks.

They are working now in -svn. I committed the working code last night.
