astPP and agile

I see reference to agilebill in the docs and am semi familiar with agilebill, but how does it tie together and what benefit is using it with astpp?

Agilebill
ASTPP will rate the cdrs and push them into agilebill to be invoiced. Agilebill can also provision and remove astpp accounts.
