files and extension: UPDATE

There were a few files that I missed copying over and it hasn't been too clear where some need to be and if they are necessary at all. I'd be glad to help with documentation/testing.

How is the extension to be used specified?

UPDATE: I got the astpp extension to pick up! You must have mod_perl built and enabled in FreeSWITCH. I figured out what needs to go where from the fs_cli errors.

I am happy I finally got the extension working (I am using Freepbx-v3 and the developers were helpful regarding the extension placement in the dialplan - it had to be renamed)
